Dashboard Timesheet: show time for all users and allow modification

I am using a Dashboard Timesheet within Jira. I have a list filter set to display all users in the current sprint with their assigned tasks. But occasionally i need to go in and modify everyone's time.

The issue is typically i have "Show summary for users in JIRA groups" set to None. Which will only show my time i have charged throughout the sprint. And if i select a box next to the charge code i can input time.

Now if i want to see everyone's time I change None to Jira-Users and that will show me everyone's time they have entered but not allow me to add time to their names or even mine.

Does anyone know how i can show how many hours everyone is charging and be able to add time to anyone's charge code?
