Dashboard didn't show until refresh

I'm administrator in Jira.

I set some filter in dashboard, but when I go to dashboard, it shows nothing until I refresh the web page.

It occurs constanly, but not everytime, so do other jira users.

Here's an example:

1. When I access to my dashboard 'Pip' , it shows nothing but a blank space.

2. After I refresh the web page, it appears normally.

How do I resolve this problem to get my filter in 1 time?

First thing to check for though, could this one impact you?

Other than that you might want to try disabling extensions, try different browsers, load the page without cache, see if any of those are helping to isolate it. The thread above is a good starting point though what to check for first.
