I'm looking for a dashboard that would allow me to filter for the historical data of issues. Specifically, I'm looking to display the percentage of issues that were once re-opened out of all issues closed, but ideally a way to display the % of issues that were once a certain field value, compared to their current field value.
So if I wanted to have a dashboard display the % of issues that were once Low Priority but are now High, as another example.
Is there a way to do this?
