Dashboard's are not displaying properly

We are using Jira version 8.20 Data center from last one month dashboard is not displaying properly in chrome need to refresh the page again and again to see the dashboard's so we are started using edge it works fine till yesterday now in edge also its behaving like that only lot of clients are facing this issue please guide me how to load dashboard's properly.

Have you tried accessing with incognito mode?

yes in incognito its working mostly fine but sometimes its not displaying too
