Hi All

I've created a Dashboard with a total number of logged issue for a certain project

I would lie to know if there's a way for me to share this with other people who do not have a license?

I've made it Public but they get the below error

"An Unknown error occurred"

Note: they are added to the project as "Service Desk Customers"

Maybe you are using filters in your dashboard. So then you should share the filter with everybody:

• Issues -> Manage filters
• Select "My" on the left side of the filter
• Click on the gear -> Edit
• Add Shares (don't forget to click "Add" - a common mistake) and Save

Make this for each filter you use in your dashboard.

I do not see the above options, I'm on JIRA cloud(If that makes a difference)

Hi,

You have opportunity to share your Dashboard with everybody on the web. Also if you dont use this "Any loged in user" it should be ok.Or you can add there role to the viewers.

It is set as above, however they get the attached error when trying to access it
