Dashboards: How to assign multiple owners

How do I give my manager edit access to dashboards I created in Jira. He's an admin but I can't figure out how to grant him access to edit the dashboards I created. Thank you!

dashboards have a single owner. you can transfer ownership to them by going to admin (cog in upper right) > system > shared items > shared dashboards, find the dashboard and click on ellipses to the right and change owner.
