Hello,
I am not sure if I am just noticing this just now or it has gotten worst but the search for dashboards doesn't return the full result list even through the admin Managing Dashboard search.
example 1: I have created hundreds of dashboards in the past, some for me and some for others, shared and private. However if I search for dashboard where I am the owner, only 5 show up!
example 2: I have a dashboard called "JIRA Admin Dashboard" shared and with and viewable by someone else, however searching for JIRA* or JIRA does not find any results at all!
example 3: searching for all dashboards only return 26 items... there should be multiple hundreds!
What am I missing?
Hello all.
I've performed a full reindex and this seems to have fixed the problem.
Thank you all for your input.
Hi @AGuth
May be you were removed from some groups that impacts on the dashboard access?
Can you check whether those other dashboards exists for others and you are able to access them from a direct link?

Good point, I am full admin on the system so groups shouldn't matter. In my second example the user does have access and cannot search for it. But also note that my own dashboards don't show up either and I still have access to them.

Hi @AGuth
Please have an Admin go to URL https://<yoursite>/jira/secure/admin/dashboards/ViewSharedDashboards.jspa
Search
Search for 1 keyword only
Owner
There, they can filter dashboards by Owner.
In the column Shared with it will show:
If it isn't listed there, then your dashboard must have been deleted or have another owner.

@Dave Mathijs I am full admin on the system, and my own dashboards don't show up but I still have access to them.

So they are not listed in the URL mentioned? Apart from something I may be missing here, I would submit a support request directly with Atlassian.
