Data Export to Excell, only first 100 records are exported

I have made a query in JIRA and would like to export it to Excel. Unfortunately, only the first 100 records are exported.  I know limit is 1000. What can be reason, maybe someone has any ideas?

Just a side note: our app Excel 365 Connector - marketplace listing allows to import into Excel 3k issues, which can be edited, then changes can be exported to Jira. App also have a read-only mode for fetching issues, where the limit is 100k issues.

Hi @Farida Musayeva 

You're right 1.000 is the default limit but it might be changed within the advanced settings. 

• Go to: Administration > System > Advanced Settings
• Check the values for keys: jira.search.views.default.max and jira.search.views.max.limit
