Hello , we want to install Xray Cloud App for JIRA for our organization in Germany and would like to initially confirm if all Cloud Data for Xray Cloud App for JIRA is located within EU .
Can any other Xray Cloud App for JIRA users OR Xray support OR Atlassian support , give us more info , if all the Cloud Data for Xray Cloud App for JIRA is located within EU .
Or if the Data Residency for Xray Cloud App for JIRA is not in EU at the moment , is there a road map to migrate the Data Residency to to EU in 2023 / 24 .
Please let us know . Thanks
Hi @Abhijit Malankar and welcome to the community,
For Data Residency about Atlassian you may want to read more about it here https://www.atlassian.com/software/data-residency. About the current roadmap you may want to click here https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?category=dataManagement&
Currently Atlassian offers the capability to move your Jira data to servers in EU with last addition that of Germany.
Concerning the data of Xray I believe that they are not stored in any Atlassian's server. Kindly refer to their marketplace page https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211769/xray-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview and their EULA https://www.ideracorp.com/Legal/XBlend/SecurityStatement
Thanks for the info . Are you aware of any good Xray support email , who can give us some clear reply .
