Database collation issue with Mysql

I am using Mysql database version 5.7 and Jira software 7.8.4. (Both are in localhost). It follows https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver078/supported-platforms-947188411.html. Even though i am getting Database collation issue. Can you please help on resolving this issue.

Hi,

could you post the error or the log? If you didn't set the collation on the database on creation time & changed the collation later, you've to migrate EVERY table by hand...
