Date Field Column inconsistent in a filter

Hi, 
I am trying to build a filter but when I pull the date, I see data has different display of field in the same column…some show hours and some show dates.  I need it as date and time but not sure why it’s not consistent…. any thoughts?? Thanks for your help.

However, I can see the exact date if I hover over the date which shows hours.

Hi @Pawan Ande,

When working in JIRA applications, relative dates like "Today" or "Yesterday" are not always practical for teams. In these cases, you may want to disable your JIRA application's relative date formatting and simply show standard date formats.
