Date Format of New Ticket View

After our tenant in Jira cloud swapped to the new ticket view, the "Due Date" field has an incorrect date format. 

 

Everywhere else in our tenant, it's set to DD/MON/YYY

However, on the ticket view the due date is showing: YYYY/MM/DD

 

Any suggestions on correcting this?

Check System->General configuration->Advanced settings->jira.date.*

Anton, thanks for the response. Where do I find  "System" ? Is that in the Project settings? Somewhere else?

Do I need global Jira admin to access this?

We double checked the field requested and seems like it's correct on our tennant. However our due-date format is still incorrect.
