Date Picker "Select a date" highlight defaults to yesterday instead of today

When using the Date Picker, when the date field is blank, the calendar for "Select a date" highlights the previous day.  In the attached screen shot, the Creation Date defaults to today() and the calendar highlights correctly for that field.  The Estimate date is blank and the highlight needs to default to today().  How do I make sure the Estimate date calendar highlight defaults to today without having to populate the field?Date Picker.JPG

The fix has been developed and is in release JIRA 7.0.6 for Server customers.

I get the same results in Chrome, Firefox and IE.
