Date Time Format not updating

Hi All,

I have a date format set in the Look and Feel section, but on issues, it does not display correctly.

Am I missing something?

Thank you for reaching out.

Indeed, The new issue view does not reflect the format set in the look and feel of Jira application. We have a task created with our development team to fix this behavior:

New issue view: custom date/time format setting not respected in the new view 

Feel free to vote and watch the task to increase its priority and also receive notifications about its implementation.

That being said, the old issue view still reflects the format configured in the look and feel menu, so you can follow the steps below to turn-off the new issue view and properly work around the problem:

  1. Navigate to Jira
  2. Click in your avatar(Top-right corner of Jira) > Personal settings
  3. Under "Jira labs" - turn off the toggle switch:

    Direct path: https://<instance_name>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa

Let us know if that's the behavior you are facing.
