Date/Time format display on Jira issues

There are a few date fields that we make available to the user on the Jira issue screen.

Deployment Date - Start and Deployment Date - End are custom fields that are Date Time picker type.

How do we modify the view so that it gives the full date & time (e.g. 11/7/2017 1:00 PM) instead of In 3 days?

On Server, there's a property you can set, but it's in a file - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/disable-relative-dates-in-jira-applications-414187622.html 

However, you can't change those files on Cloud. 

I don't know if Atlassian support would set it for you, best bet is to simply ask - raise it with https://support.atlassian.com/contact
