Date and time not changed after update a comment

I submit a ticket yesterday and but seems nobody to follow, so create a new one.

I see someone reported the same issue in 2018 with https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Updated-date-and-comment/qaq-p/890163#U1622973 .

Problem is still there, could you please give a solution?
