Date and time picker format

Hi,

I'm trying to change date and time picker format in system settings. 

So I changed the format of time as per your instructions in help: jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format=%e/%b/%y %H:%M
jira.date.time.picker.java.format=dd/MMM/yy HH:mm

This should give 24h clock with granularity in minutes, but I still get am and pm.

I also can only set 30 min intervals from the drop down list, not for each minute.

What's wrong with this?

There are 4 arguments that need to be updated, please refer to this KB.

What field type is this? Normally, date-time field will show you some sort of small calendar when you edit the field value.
