De-activate users in-active for 30 days automatically in jira cloud

Hi Community 

we are using jira/confluence cloud. we want to setup an automated system by which users who are in-active/ never logged in to jira/confluence will be automatically de-activated. can you please suggest some steps on how this can be achieved ?

Hi sathishkumar,

Some time ago we had a feature request suggesting to automatically deactivate users that were not using Jira or Confluence for a while, but then it was closed because it was introduced the "Last active" on users' profile.
Now, admins can check what was the last time a user logged in for each product. It's not possible to automatically deactivate them after some time, the admin will have to check and manually remove the site access.
