Deactivate Internal Note

We need to activate the internal note as it's causing a lot of confusion.

 

I tried to deactivate it as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/respond-to-customer-and-internal-comment-tabs-missing-from-comment-in-service-desk-777026999.html

But on my side the option is not modifiable even if I am an Admin of our atlassian account...

 

Please help! This is really annoying a lot of people in my company!

Hi @neil_matillano

I can see this topic is frustrating. While the linked solutions seem to have worked for some users in on-oprem (Jira Service Desk, Server) it looks that on Cloud the option is just not available.
Testing on my cloud instance I was not able to deactivate it either.
