Deactivation of the subscription

Dear Team, 

 

Our subscription has been deactivated. We are unable to reactivate it. Kinldy assist in reactiving the same on priority.

Hi,

Only Atlassian customer advocates can reactive instance that's been deactivated. Please raise a ticket with Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/ under billing to discuss why your instance was deactivated.
