Deadlines - pop-up notification

Dear Friends,
I have a problem regarding the deadline in tasks. I use next-generation projects - desktop and Jira application on Android.
Due to the specifics of my projects, I sometimes need to set an due date with an hour and get pop-up information on my mobile phone and computer. Even if I set Time for November 7, 2018, 7:00 in the morning, I have no information that it is overdue.

Would you please help me?
