Default group is not setting up correctly for one of the user directories

Hello,

We have 2 user directories ABC and non-ABC in our Jira instance that are integrated and connected with LDAP.

When a new user is added to AD account, by default he will be added to "Shared" group in our Jira instance.  But recently we noticed that if a user is added to non-ABC user directory, the default group(Shared) is not automatically getting added to his/her account. However it works fine when the user is added to ABC User Directory (User is automatically added to the shared group.)

Please let us know on how to resolve this issue?
