Defect Severity

I want to edit the severity of already created defects with none severity, but the severity field is not shown and can it edit it from the confg icon

You will need to add it to the issue type screen. You will need to ask your administrator to add it. If you are the administrator, search "Add fields to issue type".

Hi Shorouk - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can do a couple of things - perform a bulk change to set the value based on a query.

Add a looping transition from the status back to the status and either  add a transition screen with the severity field on it., or set the severity with a post function.
