Dear Team,
I have tried all the possible ways to overcome the delay in email notifications when users write to the IT support team. But still no luck. Its taking close to 30-45 minutes to receive. Is there any way to get the support on video call and cross check?
This is quite inconvenient at the moment and there is a productivity impact. Can someone from Atlassian team take a look and assist?

Note that this is a user community. This is not Atlassian's support portal. If you need to contact Atlassian support you will need to open a case in their support portal. You will need your SEN number to complete that so that Atlassian support can validate you have an active support contract. If you are not the Administrator for your Jira instance you will probably need to work with them to get that case opened.
