Delete comments from database

Can i delete comments from jiraacrion table without any troubles?

DO NOT DIRECTLY DO ANYTHING TO THE DATABASE. JIRA uses pointers and references all over the place. Only use the UI to do anything that alters the database.

You can also use Scriptrunner to access and remove comments safely.

Hi @skype_tula 

I cannot recommend this in anyway because the data is saved in different tables and you can corrupt your data by just deleting data from the database.

Hence instead I will suggest deleting from the application.
