Hello,
I am working in a service projects with external customers who can add issues & feature requests.
Ihave some customers who were added without a company which means that they are not part of a company here in Hira. Some of them didn't even accept the invite.
I can neither move them or delete them.
Unfortunately it seems that I only have the possibility to delete them when they are part of a company.
When I click on them & select "View Profile", an error message comes up: "Looks like we’re off the beaten track. We landed here for a user that does not exist. Head back to the directory to search for another user."
Screenshots: Grey are my Companies & Green are the Customers without a Company I want to delete. You can see that I can delete the Companies and the customers in a company but not a single customer which is not part of a company.
Any ideas how I can delete them?
Thank you in advance,
Jana
Hi @Jana Jäger , you can manage the customer's access in the admin.atlassian.com area. Note that you must have for Jira administrative permissions to achieve the following.
