I’ve been looking into how to bulk delete worklogs in Jira. We're about to start logging work directly on Jira issues, but we've noticed that a large number of worklogs can cause Jira to become unresponsive.
I’ve found several methods for bulk deleting worklogs, but none of them seem to apply to Jira Data Center. It looks like Tempo Timesheets could help with this, but we’re only using Tempo Planner—not Timesheets.
I know you could just create a new issue, but that's not how we we want it. We need to same issue and we would like to delete all worklogs at once...
Any help would be appreciated. We're using Jira DC 9.16
Hi @ray
On my side I use Scriptrunner for such action to do. If you do not have the app, there is this KB that speak about it but never tested it.

Thanks for the suggestion, I found that one too. But I alsof found a way in scriptrunner in order to achieve this. Thanks to AI ;)
But the problem now is, that the logged time doesn't update accordingly. So I have a story ticket in which all worklogs have been deleted, but the logged work is not updated... it still thinks 5 hours has been logged
I read that you can try to reindex, but that didn't do the trick.
