Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to delete this instance of JIRA so that it does not show up in my account any longer. When i go to the navigation there is a dropdown under JIRA software that also includes "casting-guru" and I no longer want to see that. I have tried to find a way to delete but always come to this error "you need to contact your org admin" the account is mine tho and I am the admin...
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Best,
MM
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
To remove a Jira instance, you need to log into your https://my.atlassian.com account and cancel the subscription to it.
You could also remove your own access to it in https://admin.atlassian.com , which would remove the menu item from your personal list of systems.
Hi Nic,
Thank you for the quick response, but the subscription does not show up in my admin console... unfortunately.
Is there any other way that I can get this taken care of?
Best,
MM
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You need to log in as (one of) the owner(s) of the account. Atlassian, like others, have a strong notion of ownership.
