Welcome to the community @Shubham Kirme 

The process of deleting the organisation:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com
2. First you need to remove all of the products from the organisation - meaning that groups that are associated with products need to be empty
3. When that is done for ALL products, navigate to Settings and option to delete the organisation
