Delete user

Good afternoon, I would like to know how to delete two users from the system that no longer belong to the company. I have tried from administration, but it shows me that these users have assigned tasks (these tasks are already closed). Is there any way to delete these users without affecting the tasks of the system?

You should not delete the users. Instead, you should deactivate them.

Thanks Tunkay, yes, that is so, in fact I have disabled the user, but I need to delete it to enter the new user. This is why I have hit the limit of users of our license (10)

disabled users to not count toward your license. if they are that is a bug i expect.

@Jack Brickey is right. As I mentioned before, you do not need to delete user to decrease licensed users. Just deactivate/disable and it will not count license any more.
