Deleted attachments are still accessable

I've uploaded a bunch of pictures, three of them by accident. I deleted these three and they are not longer shown on the page. But if I open one of the shown pictures and click next the deleted pictures can be accessed and are shown.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Where is this occurring? Confluence? Did you go to the Page attachments page? Go to the page, click the 3 dots on the top right on the page. From the dropdown, select Attachments. This will take you to the page's attachments, delete the ones you need to remove. You then need to go to the Space trash can and remove them from there: Space Tools -> Content Tools ->Trash.

This may also be either a cache issue.
