In the comments section of an issue, tagging another user with @ is showing a list of active users, but also, users that were deactivated and deleted. Is there any way to remove the deleted users from this list?

Hi Matt,
I check on my cloud instance and I don't see this issue. Once the user is no longer accessible to your instance, they should not show up on your instance.
You want to check with Atlassian Support incase something is cache on your instance.

It needs to be done by Atlassian. The only cache that end-user can clear is your own browser cache.
