Deleting users from Jira when they don`t exist in Crowd anymore

Hi everyone,

We are trying to clean users from Jira before a migration and we are facing a blocking issue.

Many users were deleted from AD and disappeared from Crowd, but they are still in Jira.

Most of those users have no activity and never looged into the system.

The users management shows them attached to Crowd which means we can`t modify or delete them, and at the same time they are nowhere to be found on Crowd.

Any idea where I should look ?

can u please clarify jira and crowd version what you used?

I used crowd 4.4.1 and jira 8.22.2 to reproduce this issue, but all scenarios is happy pass
