We use the Backlog prioritization in a company-managed Jira environment. We use cloud version.
In the Backlog prioritization screen, I get the message "You are running a deprecated version of Backlog Prioritization. Contact your Jira Administrator to upgrade. Pro features will not be available on this version after Aug 2022. To avoid any inconvenience please upgrade your application to the latest version available."
But I am the admin. And we run cloud, so always the latest version.
Why do I get this message, and how can I upgrade? Will we lose all the priority scores after this month?
Found the answer: 'Backlog prioritization' is a separate app which can be installed in Jira. This app has to be upgraded. New versions (free & paid) are in the Jira Marketplace.
