Is there a way to derive reports automatically by schedule\daily? (to CSV\Excel)

Yes, it's possible using the Excel automation free plugin

But you need to have two paid plugins already installed

Excel Automation Plugin allows generating, exporting and emailing Excel spreadsheets from Jira issues, by integrating the Better Excel Plugin for Jira with the Jira Automation Plugin.

Excel Automation is a free add-on
Better Excel Plugin is a paid add-on
JIRA Automation is paid, but it has a limited free edition called Automation Lite
