Hi all!
I'm trying to understand why when I create a new ticket with the 'Create ticket' popup I see a different WYSIWYG editor for the description field:
as compared to the edit ticket one:
Is there any way to have the same editor (the second one) for both of them? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
The new issue view was not implemented to the "Create issue screen" yet, so when creating a new issue it will show the Wiki Markup editor for the Description field and after it's created, it will show the Markdown editor.
There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of such ability:
