Unable to track down developer names, suppose my tickets are routed to multiple users. For example, Amit is a developer and Amit assigns the ticket to the QA team, and Manish our QA is now developer column showing Manish name and Manish assigning a ticket to Vivek is now showing developer name Vivek.
Here we are unable to track who was the developer of the ticket as the developer column shows the name of Vivek.
