Development Panel - Cannt see Branch when master branch is failed Build

I created a branch with the issue key in the name

But I can't see the link to the branch in the issue's development panel

Is it possible that it's due to the fact that this repository has a master branch with a failed build?

Although I created based on a different branch and not on the failed master?

How can I link without fixing the failed master branch?
