Development Panel doesn't appear for Bug issue type but does appear for Task issue type

Is the development panel supposed to appear for all issue types or is there some config so that it only shows for certain types. At the moment I can only see it for task but not bug issue types. Not sure where I need to look to fix this.

What Project type are you using (Team-managed or Company-managed)?

If Company-managed, I would check...

• Screen: Ensure the Development field is added for all Issue Types
• Issue Layout: Ensure the Layout for Bugs includes Development and it's not hidden

You can find both options (Screens and Layout) as a Project Admin in Project Settings

If Team-managed, I think it should be all-or-nothing (i.e it's either there or it isn't).
