Development field sometimes emtpy

Barbara Busse September 3, 2021

We are running jira v8.13.5 and fisheye v4.8.0.

The problem

There are jira tickets, where there are related commits but they are not shown in the development field (only in the source tab).

Example:

In PHX-208 everything is working fine. Development field is filled, commits can be selected, source tab contains commit information.PHXCC-208.JPG

On the contrary, PHX-198: the development field is empty, only the source tab contains information about commits. The Ticket is not too different from PHX-208: the repo is phoenix.products.dfs.de and the only commiter is Alexandra (which was also commiter in PHX-208).

I would be happy for any suggestions and help on this issue.

Hi @Barbara Busse .

While they committing code, did they enter this Jira Key (PHXCC-198) in MESSAGE ?

If it is recorded, you will able to see those commits, we recently worked in TFS4Jira plugin evaluation, on that time, if we didn't entered Jira Key, the commits not displayed. Please check this once.

it may helpful.

Thanks,

Anvesh

Hello @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH ,

the repo phoenix.products.dfs.de shows that Alexandra used "PHXCC-198" and "PHX-208" as follows

So, yes, she used the correct jira keys.

Greetings,

Barbara
