You can't use jira because your organization requires your device to have a hardware -backend keystore Contacts your administrator or use another device .
Same device I'm using since 2 years , unfortunately I logout then I landed up with the about message device unsupported.
Hi @Gajawada Vasavi,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You should contact your administrator, based on the error message it looks like they have implemented a new mobile app policy that is preventing you from accessing your site. This community is mainly made up of Atlassian customers and as such we do not have access to other customers intances.
We are seeing the same issue accessing Confluence - all started few days ago. So far only 1 user has reported this issue. No changes were made, other than what Atlassian has rolled out in the last few weeks. I will engage support.

I was not able to post the long answer solution yesterday, so I am trying again in short.
Update your phone to the latest Android patch level. This is what resolved the issue for us. Above Android 13, if you are not at a patch level released in the last 12 months - your phone will fail a validation check (from the google play services) - which in turn will make the apps that require this validation fail to work.
There are of course articles and more info - but Atlassian rejected my post.
