Diff views for similar projects

I have 2 diff software projects with Kanban boards but I can't figure out why one project looks diff from the other on the screen.. can someone please help me? I wanna be consistent across projects.

Which particular difference are you worried about?

One is because you've got more than one board for the project, another is because you've got different data in the issues and the third is because you've configured the columns differently.  I'm not sure which ones you want to talk about.
