Different types of assignee fields for admin and ordinary user
We have different Assegnees field for the same types of Issues, when diffrent users initiate it. See the picture attached. Whe ne Issue initiated by Admin user the Assignee field looks like upper one, when it's ordinary user - Assignee looks like simple field withou drop-down list, without suggestion while you star typing name and so on.
These to users have the same permission for the project we want field to be as Admin one for both. What are we missing?
