Hi,
I am facing a weird error wherein if I click on the issue on the Board, the Workflow looks perfect and works as the team wants it to, with all the right statuses and transitions that map perfectly to our columns on the board. ****will call it VIEW A****
However, when I click on the issue itself (I mean the JIRA URL that each and every issue has), the workflow is completely off and offers all different options in the dropdown. ****will call it View B****
This is causing a lot of confusion and overhead for the team and myself because when the updates are made to the ticket in VIEW A, all works well in terms of transitions and status updates.
But when similar status updates are done in VIEW B, the changes just dont make it to the board view and the issues end up getting misplaced.
Any help would be appreciated.
