May I check why there is difficulty in understanding the relationship between different ticket types in x-ray
Is it because of hierarchy while creating test cases and execute

Difficulties with understanding usually comes from a difference of the image you have in your mind of what a thing (in this case a test process) looks like and how you call its elements versus how somebody else sees it.
I would assume you need a translator here to make sure you can map your idea of things to how they are called and handled in the tool.
I would recommend looking at the documentation, take the time to familiarise yourself with the terminology being used as well as the learning paths and tutorials.
It is essential to understand if you can map the tool to what you really need to either make the best use of it or come to the conclusion that it may not fit your needs.
