I am an admin for our Jira Cloud instance and have recently created our first Issue Collector. Our web team has set up a page on our Intranet using the JavaScript code segment and this works.
The question I have been asked is if there is a way to put a link on the Windows desktop that will go directly to the Issue Collector without going through the Intranet page we have set up? This is mainly for shop floor PCs that are used by many people and they want to simplify things as much as possible.
Things to note are that I do not have JavaScript experience and the last time I did any web development CGI and Perl scripts were the new hotness. ;-)
