Disable Jira's "Join Confluence" prompt

We have a Confluence Cloud instance that's set aside for a small group of our users. As of yesterday everyone who logs into Jira is getting a prompt along the lines of "Your team has joined confluence - click to join the team". This leads them to a licence request screen.

 

Is there anyway to turn this prompt off?

We are struggling with the same issue. Can any Atlassian employee help answer how we can disable these emails from going out?
