Hi Community
I am exporting/importing lot of tickets and I am facing the following problem:
1) I have several projects in Jira Cloud instance
2) I disabled all projects notifications, so all projects have "None" in their Notification schemes
3) I disabled Jira "Outgoing Mail" service
Despite these all, the users (Watchers, Assignee) are still getting notified on issue events.
Can you please help me to understand what else should I do to disable ALL notifications, so nobody gets notified ?
Do you have Automation Rules that are using the Send Email action? That is not overridden by the Disable Outgoing Mail option.
Do you have post functions in workflows that are sending emails?
Do you have third party apps that send emails?
You can also open an Atlassian support case. There may be additional options the can access to disable notifications.
Well, just to close this question))
It turned out, that the users were using Jira Mobile APP )))
And I waste a lot of time to figuring out the reason they are getting notified, funny no))
So, the disabled the notifications from the mobile app and all good )
Thanks @Trudy Claspill for the answer

Hi @Ersula Igori this is easy :)
Go to "Notifications" from the bottom menu, then open the "..." menu on the top right and go to "Notification Settings".
Here you can manage all the notifications
