Disable autocompletion of custom fields

Hi, 

is there a way in Jira or via ScriptRunner to disable the autocompletion of specific custom fields in the advanced search? If possible even from specific user groups?

We have some user groups that shouldn't know the options of some single select list fields.
For their projects they are involved in it's easy to just give the field it's own project context. and they can't edit it anyway only see the already selected option. 
But in the advanced JQL they can just enter 'field_name = ' and will get all the options also from other projects. 

The field is also used by a user group with more permissions for statistics and such, so making the field not searchable at all is not an option.

Hi Maksym,

As far as I know, there is no way to turn this off for individual fields. It is all or nothing.
