Is it possible to disable email notifications for a specific user ?
This user should have a chance to see the project and I have a permission scheme where the users, which are in project, can see it . I don't want to delete her from project roles.
What can I do?
Thank you in advance
Hi @QK I don't know if there is a better resolution than to gather all the stakeholders and talk about reducing the number of notifications (if you have too many) or recommend the user to create a folder and some rules to move all the notifications into that folder (Outlook or not).
What I would also suggest is to to restructure your permissions, roles and notification scheme. Try to create a group that will grant users access to that project an restructure your notification scheme to send notifications only to the role which include certain groups.
Hello @QK
You can try to create a separate project role for that user and provide with necessary permissions similar to that of previous role and remove the user from the earlier role.
And notifications will be not be delivered to that user.

No. JIRA doesn't have the level of control. If you are using the defaults I suggest talking with your users to see if they really want/need all those notifications. I have found everywhere I've setup JIRA the notifications are overkill. You can also add custom events and use those instead of the ones that come with transitions to help with filtering who gets what notifications.
